Complement Her to Compliment Her and Vice-Versa

Compliment is a word, a verb that means; to express esteem, affection or admiration to. Like telling Her that She is beautiful. It is also the noun that describes that expression.
Complement, also a verb, indicates the act of completing a unit by supplying the missing piece. This very same word can be used, again, as a noun, to illustrate the missing piece.
Now that English grammar class is over, let’s get on with it.
You should, absolutely, compliment Her. Tell Her She is pretty, that She has that certain something that makes you weak and strong at the same time. Let Her know She moves you in a way that you would never have thought possible. That She is better than cold beer and burgers. (Well, that means a lot to me.)
You should, absolutely complement Her. Be the one She can count on. Make sure you are Her other half (not better, other). When people think of inviting Her to the big soiree at the house on the hill, they should think of inviting you as a couple, not just a plus one. Most importantly, She should see you as a couple. That does not only mean that She should rely on you. While that is important, it is at least as crucial that She wants to be with you (read, that She wants you to be with Her).
The greatest compliment you can give Her is to be ready, willing and able to complement Her.
