Peanut Butter and Jelly

You have to remember where you came from. Your roots make you who and what you are. Every thing you have done in the past and every experience you have ever had conspired to form you as a person. If not for the bone-head things you did on your journey through life, your path may have never crossed Hers. So never discount your ingredients or belittle your past. Every so often you should relive some experiences from your past to remind yourself that you were not always the mature sophisticate that you are now. So, once in a while, mix the orange and grape soda at McDonald’s instead of drinking Diet Coke. Order a hot chocolate with marshmallows in place of the super venti. And, every so often, not always, but on occasion, instead of the light caesar salad with the dressing on the side and the sautéed sea bass with asparagus, make Her a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

I think I’d have to eat pickles and drink root beer… deadly combination! Thanks for the unique insight!
